Business coaching that actually changes the numbers

Most coaching feels like expensive therapy. Ours is built around diagnostics, data and deadlines. If your revenue has stalled or your team is coasting, we find the fault line and fix it — quarter by quarter.

Where is your business actually stuck?

Before we talk solutions, we identify the real constraint. Most founders misdiagnose their bottleneck. These are the five patterns we see most often.

Revenue plateau

You hit a ceiling between $500k and $2m and every tactic that used to work has stopped delivering. The issue is rarely marketing — it is usually pricing architecture or sales process friction that nobody has audited in eighteen months.

Founder time trap

You work sixty-hour weeks yet nothing strategic gets done. We map your calendar against your highest-leverage activities and redesign your week so you spend at least twelve hours on growth work — not firefighting.

Team accountability gap

Your people are talented but goals drift every quarter. We install a rhythm of weekly scorecards, monthly reviews and quarterly planning sessions that make ownership visible without micro-management.

Scaling without systems

Revenue is growing but margins are shrinking because every new client creates more chaos. We build the operational playbooks, hiring frameworks and delegation structures that let you scale without breaking.

Decision fatigue

You second-guess every strategic move because you lack a sounding board who understands your context. Our coaching sessions give you a structured thinking partner who challenges assumptions and helps you commit faster.

The four-phase engagement

No vague "discovery sessions." Every phase has deliverables, deadlines and measurable outcomes.

Business diagnostic (week 1–2)

We audit your financials, team structure, customer pipeline and operational workflows. You receive a written diagnostic report ranking your top three constraints by revenue impact. This is not a questionnaire — it is a forensic look at where money and time leak out of your business.

Strategic blueprint (week 3–4)

Together we design a ninety-day action plan with no more than three priorities. Each priority has a lead metric, a lag metric and a named owner. We also set the weekly reporting cadence that keeps progress visible without creating busywork for your team.

Execution coaching (week 5–12)

Fortnightly one-on-one sessions focus on removing blockers, refining decisions and holding you accountable to the plan. Between sessions you have async access for quick decisions. We track every metric on a shared dashboard so nothing hides.

Quarterly review and reset

At the end of each quarter we measure results against the original diagnostic, celebrate wins, and build the next ninety-day sprint. Clients typically engage for three to four quarters before the system runs independently.

Aggregate client outcomes, 2022–2025

We track every engagement. These numbers represent combined results across all active coaching clients.

Why this approach works

Most business coaching fails because it treats symptoms. A founder says "I need more leads" and the coach builds a marketing plan. Six months later the leads arrive but the fulfilment team cannot handle them, margins collapse and the founder is more stressed than before.

Our diagnostic-first model forces us to find the real constraint before we prescribe anything. Sometimes the answer is marketing. More often it is pricing, hiring sequence, delegation structure or simply the founder's inability to say no to low-margin work.

We operate from Starkstead, Queensland, and work with clients across Australia — both in person and via video. Every engagement starts with the same diagnostic rigour whether you run a trades business in regional Queensland or a SaaS company in Sydney.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers. No jargon.

Engagements start at $3,200 per month for fortnightly sessions plus async support. The diagnostic phase is a fixed-fee project of $1,800. We do not offer single ad-hoc sessions because meaningful change requires sustained commitment over at least one quarter.
Our sweet spot is founder-led businesses generating between $300k and $10m in annual revenue. Below that threshold, the investment rarely makes commercial sense. Above it, you likely need a full advisory board rather than a single coach.
Yes. About forty percent of our clients are based in other Australian states. Sessions run over video and we use shared dashboards for real-time metric tracking. For Queensland clients we offer in-person sessions at our Starkstead office or at your premises.
A consultant delivers a report and leaves. We stay in the room while you implement. Our job is to help you think more clearly, decide faster and hold yourself accountable to the plan you set. We do not do the work for you — we make sure you do the right work.
It is a thirty-minute conversation where we ask about your revenue, team, biggest frustration and what you have already tried. By the end we will tell you honestly whether coaching is the right investment for your situation — and if it is not, we will point you elsewhere.
You can exit at the end of any calendar month with fourteen days notice. We do not lock clients into long contracts because we believe the results should be compelling enough to keep you engaged voluntarily.
